As temperatures climb heading into summer, 7-Eleven is rolling out aggressive pricing on its flagship frozen beverage line, the Slurpee. The convenience store chain is offering large Slurpees for just $1 during designated "Slurpee Drink Happy Hours," part of a broader seasonal strategy aimed at driving foot traffic and loyalty program enrollment.

The promotion runs from 3 to 6 p.m. on weekdays through August 25 at select 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes locations. However, there's a catch: only customers enrolled in 7-Eleven's loyalty programs—7Rewards or Speedy Rewards—are eligible for the discount. For Nashville-area shoppers without an account, both programs are free to join through the company's mobile app.

Beyond the Slurpee specials, 7-Eleven is expanding its summer beverage lineup with exclusive offerings. An Arizona Iced Tea Blue Raspberry Slurpee will be available seasonally, while Arizona tea and juice products are being promoted at 99 cents each. Loyalty members can also purchase Big Gulps for just 59 cents, sweetening the overall value proposition for frequent visitors.

The promotion coincides with 7-Eleven's iconic Slurpee Day on July 11 and builds on the company's larger summer engagement strategy. The chain is also launching a Slurpee Truck sweepstakes beginning June 24, allowing rewards members to enter for a chance to visit the mobile unit by participating in app-based games or purchasing featured products in-store.
