According to the Commercial Vehicle Safety Association, this year's International Roadcheck Week revealed a significant shift in the regulatory landscape for commercial drivers. English language proficiency (ELP) violations have broken into the top five most common driver violations, marking the first time the category has achieved this ranking in recent years.
